I have 10+ years of GCC experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Cost Control, with hands-on experience in Civil, Architectural, Finishing, Fit-Out, Commercial, and Infrastructure projects.
Key Expertise:
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, BOQ, and complete project scope
• BOQ preparation and detailed Quantity Take-Off (QTO)
• Valuation, RA Billing, IPC, monthly invoicing, and payment applications
• Subcontractor payment certificates, claims, and payment verification
• Variation Orders (VO), variations, claims, and final accounts
• Civil, architectural, finishing, and fit-out quantity measurement
• Site measurements and verification of executed quantities
• Material and installation quantity calculations from drawings and site requirements
• Supplier and subcontractor quotation comparison and cost analysis
• Monitoring project quantities and costs against actual site execution
• Maintaining records of project costs, POs, supplier prices, subcontractor rates, variations, and claims
• Preparation and review of supporting commercial documentation
• 2D CAD drawing preparation and quantity measurement
