We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Private Housekeeper to join an executive private residence in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an individual who brings professional hotel hospitality standards into a high-end home environment—someone with character, pride in their work, and a commitment to maintaining a spotlessly clean and welcoming atmosphere.
First impressions matter, and as our Private Housekeeper, you will take full ownership of maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the household to ensure a smooth, comfortable living experience for the family.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness across all rooms, living spaces, and guest areas.
* Manage daily housekeeping tasks, including deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, bed making to hotel standards, and organizing amenities.
* Pay strict attention to details—ensuring linens are immaculate, surfaces are gleaming, and every space is beautifully arranged.
* Handle fine furnishings, delicate fabrics, and high-value household items with proper care.
* Proactively manage household routines and adapt to daily family needs with a positive, professional attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel housekeeping (Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant) is strongly preferred. Experience in upscale private estates is a plus.
* Nationality: Candidates from Kenya are highly preferred.
* Attitude: Positive, proactive, and flexible "Yes I Can!" mindset.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
* Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Discretion: High level of professionalism, respect for privacy, and reliability.
