Proven experience in HR consultancy and marketing consultancy
Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and employee management
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Previous consultancy experience is preferred
