We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Flower Packing Helpers** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to handle flowers with care while supporting daily packing operations.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Pack fresh flowers and floral products according to company standards
* Sort, wrap, label, and prepare flower arrangements for delivery
* Check the quality and condition of flowers before packing
* Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging floral products
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
* Handle flowers carefully to prevent damage
* Follow company quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or flower handling is an advantage
* Good attention to detail and ability to handle delicate products
* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
* Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Immediate joiners preferred
