Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled PowerPoint Expert / Presentation Specialist who can create professional, visually compelling, and management-level presentations for business, technical, commercial, tender, and project requirements.
The ideal candidate should have advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, strong graphic/design skills, and the ability to convert complex information, data, reports, and technical content into clear, professional presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management, clients, tenders, proposals, technical submissions, and business meetings.
Convert Word documents, Excel data, technical reports, and raw information into professional presentation formats.
Design company profiles, project presentations, capability presentations, tender presentations, and management reports.
Create professional charts, graphs, tables, infographics, process diagrams, timelines, organizational charts, and visual workflows.
Improve existing PowerPoint presentations by restructuring content, formatting, visual design, and overall presentation quality.
Ensure consistent use of company branding, fonts, colors, layouts, icons, images, and templates.
Prepare presentations for EPC, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Project Management activities.
Develop presentations within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professional standards.
Work closely with management, business development, technical, commercial, HR, and project teams to understand presentation requirements.
Handle confidential business, commercial, technical, and project information appropriately.
Maintain and develop reusable PowerPoint templates, slide libraries, graphics, and presentation standards.
Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint animations, transitions, SmartArt, charts, diagrams, shapes, icons, and master slides.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent visual communication and presentation design skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical or commercial information into easy-to-understand slides.
Strong attention to detail and formatting accuracy.
Good understanding of corporate branding and professional presentation standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple presentations simultaneously.
Strong English communication and written English skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, or industrial companies is preferred.
Experience preparing tender/proposal presentations will be an advantage.
Experience preparing presentations for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or other major industrial clients is an advantage.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic-design tools is desirable.
Knowledge of Power BI or advanced Excel visualization is an advantage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a creative and highly detail-oriented PowerPoint professional who can take unstructured information and transform it into an attractive, logical, and executive-level presentation.
Candidates with a portfolio of previous PowerPoint presentations, tender presentations, company profiles, or project presentations are strongly preferred.
