GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (ALL POSITIONS)

- SPOKEN ENGLISH IS A MUST - candidates must be able to speak and
understand English confidently
- TRANSFERABLE IQAMA IS A MUST - candidates must be currently inside
Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama
- Original Iqama and passport must be available for transfer procedures
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Physically fit and able to work full shift duty
- Well-groomed, clean and presentable appearance
- Punctual, disciplined and able to follow instructions
- Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to join immediately or within short notice
- Arabic language and Saudi driving licence are an added advantage

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
--------------------------------------
1) FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR - SAR 2,500
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in facility management / soft services
- Experience supervising cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Able to prepare duty rosters, attendance and daily/weekly reports
- Able to conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Able to handle client complaints and coordinate with management
- Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp reporting)
- Good English for reporting and client communication
- Diploma or degree preferred, not mandatory with strong experience
2) KITCHEN SUPERVISOR - SAR 2,000
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a commercial kitchen
- Able to supervise kitchen staff, assign duties and control the section
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP an advantage)
- Experience in stock control, inventory, receiving and wastage control
- Able to maintain food quality, portion control and presentation
- Able to keep temperature logs and cleaning records
- Municipality / Baladiya health card preferred
- Good English for coordination and reporting
3) BARISTA - SAR 1,500
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a barista
- Skilled in espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew and specialty coffee
- Latte art is an added advantage
- Able to operate and clean espresso machine and grinder
- Fast, accurate and clean under pressure during peak hours
- Cashier / POS experience preferred
- Friendly and confident in English with customers
- Strong personal hygiene and grooming standards
4) TEA BOY / OFFICE ATTENDANT - SAR 1,200
- Experience serving tea, coffee and refreshments in an office or camp
- Able to keep pantry, cups and equipment clean and stocked
- Basic office support duties - photocopying, deliveries, errands
- Polite, respectful and presentable at all times
- Basic spoken English sufficient to understand and follow instructions
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
