Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager - report to project coordinator - Business - Bachelor,s degree in business administration, Engineering or supply chain management , Minimum Experience 10 years in procuritment / supply chain management in construction OR EPC including sourcing in the Saudi market.
Key Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop and manage the project procuretment strategy and paln .
- Lead vendor sourcing , evaluation, and commercial negociation .
- Approve and issue purchase orders and subcontractors with budget / schedule.
- Monitor material delivery against project schedule and expedite as required.
- supervise the procurment officer and manage vendor / coordinator.
Required Skills / Competencies:-
Negociation and vendor management , ERP/procurment system, knowledge of local Saudi vendor market.
