• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP is an advantage), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing, Drainage and Electrical systems.
• Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model federation.
• Familiar with BIM standards, Level of Development requirements, and project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of coordinated shop drawings and material submittals.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
• Attend project coordination and site meetings as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in sports facilities, swimming pools, splashpads, and water features is an advantage.
