Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify the complete scope of work.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, valuation, variations, and final accounts.
Have experience in RA billing, IPC, monthly invoicing, and preparation/follow-up of payment applications.
Review and prepare subcontractor payment certificates or Claims, after verifying PO contracts and executed work at site.
Experience in preparing and reviewing Variation Orders (VO).
Experience in quantity take-off for civil, architectural, and finishing works.
Ability to review drawings and technical specifications and accurately calculate executed quantities.
Preparing material and installation quantities based on drawings and site requirements.
Conducting site measurement to verify quantities from drawings and executed works at site.
Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
Ability to monitor project quantities and costs and verify them against actual executed works.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, supplier prices, purchase orders, and subcontractor rates.
Maintain accurate records of quantities, variations, claims, and project documentation with all supporting documents.
Have good knowledge of preparing 2D CAD drawings.
I have good knowledge of international measurement standards, including POMI and NRM2, and am proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PlanSwift.
