Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify the complete scope of work.
• BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, valuation, variations, and final accounts.
• RA billing, IPC, monthly invoicing, and payment applications.
• Preparation and review of subcontractor payment certificates and claims.
• Review PO/contracts and verify executed works at site before payment certification.
• Preparation and review of Variation Orders (VO).
• Quantity take-off for civil, architectural, finishing, and fit-out works.
• Review drawings and technical specifications and calculate executed quantities.
• Prepare material and installation quantities based on drawings and site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements to verify drawings and actual executed works.
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
• Monitor project quantities and costs against actual site execution.
• Maintain records of project costs, supplier prices, POs, subcontractor rates, quantities, variations, claims, and supporting documents.
• Good knowledge of 2D CAD drawings and quantity measurement.
