Job Title: Pharmacy Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and grow our business within the retail pharmacy sector. You will be responsible for promoting our healthcare/pharmaceutical products to pharmacists and pharmacy managers, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets in the Eastern Province.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned pharmacies in Dammam and surrounding areas on a daily/weekly basis.
Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective pharmacy customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the management team.
Ensure proper stock levels and product placement in pharmacies.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required (Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration is an advantage).
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or FMCG sales, specifically calling on pharmacies.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dammam/Eastern Province market is essential.
Licensing: Valid Saudi driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
