Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans in accordance with local laws and client standards.
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSA) for electrical construction operations.
Oversee site activities to ensure strict adherence to SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) and PDC safety requirements.
Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for field staff.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and root causes, submitting detailed corrective action reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Safety, Mechanical, or relevant field).
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on safety management experience specifically in electrical/power projects (substations, transmission lines, or distribution networks).
Certifications:
Active accreditation/approval from SEC (Saudi Electricity Company).
Active accreditation/approval from PDC.
Recognized professional safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent).
Valid professional registration membership (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers).
Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
