Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage Maintenance.
Valid CRPEP License is mandatory.
MOW/BMD project experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of maintenance projects, site coordination, and technical requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
