Position: Restaurant Crew Member
We are looking for hardworking, energetic, flexible, and experienced Restaurant Crew Members to join our team in Bahrain.
This is a multi-station restaurant position. Candidates must be willing and able to work in any station or role assigned by the management, depending on the restaurant's operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across different restaurant stations as assigned.
- Handle cashier and order-taking duties, including POS operations and customer payments.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Assist with dine-in, takeaway, and order handling.
- Work in different kitchen stations, including grill, preparation, assembly, and other production areas.
- Prepare and handle products according to company standards and procedures.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during busy operating hours.
- Keep all workstations, equipment, kitchen areas, counters, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Follow strict hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and company standards at all times.
- Support other team members and move between stations whenever required.
- Perform any other restaurant-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick-service, fast-food, or fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain for local transfer.
- Must be willing to work in all restaurant stations and not be limited to one specific role.
- Hardworking, active, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible and willing to take responsibility wherever required.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Customer-service skills and basic communication skills are important.
- Cashier/POS, kitchen, grill, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: BHD 120–150 per month, depending on experience.
- Duty: 10 hours per day.
- Visa: Provided by the company.
- Accommodation: Provided by the company.
- Private Medical Insurance: Provided by the company.
- Air Ticket: Provided once every 2 years.
Important
We are looking for a true restaurant crew member who is flexible enough to work wherever needed. This is not a single-station position. You may be assigned to the cashier, customer service, kitchen, grill, preparation, cleaning, or other restaurant stations depending on operational requirements.
