HSE Supervisor

This is Hussain Zada, an HSE Supervisor responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and well-organized working environment. I take a practical approach to workplace safety by identifying hazards before they become incidents, guiding workers toward safer methods, and ensuring HSE procedures are properly followed. I work closely with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to address safety concerns, strengthen awareness, and create a workplace where everyone understands that safety is a shared responsibility.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards.

- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular HSE awareness sessions.

- Monitor risk assessments, JSA, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work activities.

- Ensure workers use the correct PPE and follow approved safe working practices.

- Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and hazardous occurrences, with suitable corrective actions.

- Monitor housekeeping, access areas, emergency equipment, and general site safety conditions.

- Support emergency drills and ensure workers are familiar with emergency response procedures.

- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, safety observations, and incident documentation.

- Communicate safety concerns clearly with site management and workers and follow up on corrective actions.

- Encourage employees to report hazards, learn from observations, and actively contribute to continuous safety improvement.
