Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, coordinates and elevations as per approved drawings.
Perform setting-out works for roads, centerlines, curbstones, foundations, columns, slabs and other structures.
Calculate and mark coordinates, distances, angles, elevations and slopes using AutoCAD and survey data.
Carry out road works including centerline setting-out, offsets, curb levels, backfilling, base course and asphalt layer levels.
Perform excavation, backfilling and foundation level surveys according to project drawings and specifications.
Provide accurate coordinates and elevations for underground and above-ground utilities, streets, walkways and construction elements.
Conduct joint inspections with consultants and engineers and address survey-related queries.
Prepare and maintain survey records, reports and as-built information.
Raise inspection requests and support site inspection activities.
Ensure all survey activities are completed accurately and according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Work closely with civil engineers, site supervisors, consultants and construction teams to ensure proper execution of works.
Operate Leica, Sokkia, Topcon and GeoMax survey equipment and GPS systems.
Use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for survey calculations, drawings, reports and documentation.
Perform survey activities independently and as part of a site team while maintaining accuracy and safety requirements.
