Location: Remote (Global)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are building the next generation of decentralized financial infrastructure. Our focus is on high-performance lending protocols and sophisticated routing mechanisms that sit at the heart of the DeFi ecosystem.
We are looking for a battle-tested Solidity engineer to join our core team. You won't just be writing code; you will be responsible for architecting secure, gas-optimized smart contracts that handle millions in value. You will own features from design through to mainnet deployment, working alongside economists and security researchers.
What You’ll Do
Architect & Build: Design and implement core protocol logic for lending markets and transaction routing.
Testing to Destruction: Develop comprehensive test suites using Foundry, with a strong emphasis on fuzz testing and invariant testing to uncover edge cases and economic attacks.
Security First: Participate in internal and external security audits. You will be expected to read, write, and review code with a paranoid security mindset.
Production Deployment: Take ownership of the deployment pipeline and manage upgrades (where applicable) for mainnet contracts.
Economic Modeling: Work closely with the team to simulate protocol behavior under extreme market conditions, ensuring solvency and capital efficiency.
What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years of production Solidity experience (not just coding camps or basic ERC-20s).
EVM Mastery: Deep understanding of the EVM, opcode gas costs, storage layouts, and proxy patterns.
Foundry Expert: Advanced proficiency with Foundry (Forge, Cast, Anvil). You are comfortable writing complex fuzz tests and invariant tests to validate protocol state.
Proven Track Record: You have shipped a DeFi protocol to mainnet or a fully audited testnet. We want to see projects that have stood up to scrutiny.
DeFi Nuance: You understand the intricacies of AMMs, lending curves, collateralization ratios, liquidation mechanisms, and MEV.
Security Acumen: You are familiar with common attack vectors (re-entrancy, flash loans, oracle manipulation) and how to mitigate them.
Bonus Points If You Have
Previous smart contract audit experience.
Contributions to major DeFi protocols (Aave, Compound, Uniswap, etc.).
Experience with formal verification or symbolic execution.
How to Apply
If you are ready to build the future of finance, we want to see your code.
Please submit your application via the form below. Make sure to include your GitHub, links to previous Web3 projects, and any audit reports or protocols you have contributed to.
