About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate PGT Chemistry to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for CBSE board examinations and competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
• Teach Chemistry to students of Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, lectures, practical sessions, and assessments.
• Conduct Chemistry laboratory practicals and ensure proper safety procedures.
• Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations through structured revision and practice.
• Evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
• Identify students who need additional academic support and provide guidance accordingly.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to academic planning, school activities, examinations, and other institutional responsibilities.
• Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and modern teaching methodologies.
Requirements
• Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry with B.Ed. preferred/required as per school norms.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of Chemistry concepts and practical applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Experience teaching Classes XI & XII and preparing students for board examinations is preferred.
