•Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data analytics.
•Experience in salary benchmarking, job grading, market analysis, and compensation structure design.
•Strong understanding of Saudi regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
•Experience in preparing HR reports, workforce analytics, KPIs, and management presentations.
•Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
•Knowledge of budgeting, manpower cost analysis, and annual salary review processes.
•Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•Fluency in English is required
