SITE MANAGER
- Overall site-in-charge for project execution, schedule, safety, quality and client coordination
- Minimum 10 years construction/site management experience
- Minimum 5 years in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical or industrial construction
- Proven experience managing multi-discipline teams (Civil, Mechanical/Piping, E&I)
SHE/HSE MANAGER
- Owns the site safety plan and 3-year safety record submission
- Minimum 8 years HSE management experience, refinery/petrochemical preferred
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification
- Experience with site inductions, toolbox talks, permit-to-work systems
QA/QC MANAGER
- Owns the QA/QC program: fabrication QA/QC, welder qualification/certification, pipe fitter testing, inspection & test plans
- Minimum 6-8 years QA/QC experience, piping/tank/civil scope
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Experience managing NDT and third-party inspection vendors
WELDING SUPERINTENDENT
- Supervises welding execution and welder certification records
- Minimum 8 years welding supervision, pressure piping/tank fabrication
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS CWI certification preferred
- Coordinates with QA/QC on flange joint management and NDT sign-off
CIVIL FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
- Day-to-day supervision and execution of civil/structural works
- Minimum 8 years civil site supervision experience
- Reads and executes structural/civil IFC drawings independently
- Coordinates multi-trade construction activities
PLANNING ENGINEER
- Project scheduling, progress monitoring, manpower loading and reporting
- Minimum 5-8 years planning/scheduling experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
- Experience with S-curves, look-ahead schedules and critical path monitoring
ADMIN/LOGISTICS IN-CHARGE
- Site documentation, delivery notes, material tracking and inspection paperwork
- Minimum 3-5 years site admin/logistics experience
- Strong organizational and Excel/reporting skills
