11.2 Shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in non-routine recreational services administration with an emphasis on planning operations in a community center environment.
11.3 Shall have an excellent command of oral and written English language and have outstanding organizational skills.
11.4 Shall be able to exhibit self-control, diplomacy and courtesy when dealing with all members of the SAUDI ARAMCO Communities.
12. Fitness Instructor
12.1 Shall have a High School diploma and Professional certification from a recognized organization in the health and fitness industry. Shall have internationally recognized Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Fist Aid.
12.2 Shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
