Position:
Technical & Projects Manager
Location: Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Field: Industrial Civil Works, Pipeline Projects, and Infrastructure
We are looking for a strong and experienced professional to lead projects and technical operations with a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review RFQs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and technical specifications prior to award.
* Lead project execution after award and control project cost and schedule.
* Oversee quality, safety, and formation of the required project team based on project needs.
* Manage project documentation, identify technical and resource requirements, and coordinate their timely availability.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in industrial civil works, pipeline projects, or infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle from tender and scope review through execution and final handover.
* Proficiency in both Arabic and English for communication and technical correspondence.
