We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team in a Holding company based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, networks, security, backups, CCTV, attendance systems and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, IP phones, switches, and other IT equipment.
• Provide first- and second-line technical support to employees through onsite, remote, telephone, and ticketing systems.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, antivirus, and third-party software.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Domain Controllers.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, VPNs, firewalls, and network security systems.
• Support and maintain Cisco IP telephony and other network devices.
• Perform regular server, workstation, and system backups and support disaster recovery procedures.
• Manage IT security solutions including antivirus, firewalls, proxy servers, and access controls.
• Provide basic administration and support for company websites, domains, hosting, and email services.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, SOPs, licenses, vendor records, and infrastructure information.
• Ensure CCTV systems are operational and properly connected to the network, and coordinate with vendors when technical issues require external support.
• Manage the attendance machine/biometric system and its software, including employee registration, configuration, attendance data synchronization, troubleshooting, reporting, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate with HR/Administration to ensure accurate employee attendance records and resolve attendance-system-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers and assist with IT procurement and ongoing IT projects.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient day-to-day operation of the company’s IT systems.
• Knowledge of website development and management using WordPress and cPanel will be an advantage.
Requirements:
Nationality: Filipino or Saudi
Iqama: Transferable Iqama required for non-Saudi candidates.
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Previous experience in IT technical support, system administration, or IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Server Windows, Cisco Switches, Routers, VPNs, and firewalls.
Knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony and Cloud Services.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple technical issues.
