HSE, Safety Officer

Responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the worksite. Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are completed. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency drills. Monitor PPE compliance, work permits, housekeeping, scaffolding, lifting operations, working at height, excavation, and other high-risk activities. Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare HSE reports, and recommend preventive and corrective measures. Coordinate with supervisors, workers, and management to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company and applicable HSE requirements.
