Position: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Develop new customers and generate new business opportunities.
Identify and approach potential clients in the freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, industrial and trading sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings.
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and follow up on business opportunities.
Follow up on leads, quotations and potential customers until business is secured.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Monitor market opportunities, competitors and industry developments.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity updates.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, transportation or logistics.
Good knowledge of the Saudi logistics and transportation market.
Proven ability to generate new customers and bring in business.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, confident and highly target-oriented.
Good English communication skills.
Valid Saudi driving license
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with an existing customer network or strong contacts within industrial companies, manufacturers, contractors, trading companies and logistics-related businesses in Saudi Arabia will have an advantage.
We are particularly looking for someone who is proactive, confident in approaching new customers and focused on generating actual business, rather than only handling existing accounts.
Salary & Commission
Basic Salary: Up to SAR 3,000/month + Attractive Performance-Based Sales Commission
The commission structure is designed to reward actual business generated and sales performance.
