1. BROASTED & BURGER MAKER
We are looking for an experienced Broasted & Burger Maker with a strong understanding of fast-food preparation and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Previous experience in preparing broasted chicken, burgers, and related fast-food items.
* Good knowledge of marination, breading, frying, burger preparation, and portion control.
* Ability to consistently maintain the taste, quality, appearance, and portion size of all products.
* Must be able to strictly follow the restaurant's SOPs, recipes, preparation methods, and cooking times.
* Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.
* Ensure ingredients are properly stored, prepared, and handled according to restaurant requirements.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy hours and manage multiple orders.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
* Follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor/management and maintain consistency in daily operations.
* Experience in the field is mandatory
2. CHINESE COOK
We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook who can prepare Chinese dishes consistently according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Previous professional experience as a Chinese Cook.
* Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including noodles, fried rice, stir-fried dishes, sauces, and other Chinese specialties.
* Ability to prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and SOPs.
* Must be able to follow standardized recipes, cooking methods, portion sizes, and presentation requirements.
* Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
* Good knowledge of wok cooking, frying, stir-frying, and other relevant Chinese cooking techniques.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
* Properly store and handle ingredients to maintain freshness and food safety.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow the instructions of the kitchen supervisor/management.
* Experience in the field is mandatory
