**Al-Qahtani PCK Pipe Company** is looking for an experienced **QC Manager** to join our LSAW Pipe Manufacturing facility.
📍 **Location:** Dammam 2nd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia
🏭 **Industry:** LSAW Steel Pipe Manufacturing
**Key Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, Welding Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum **10 years of experience** in Quality Control, preferably within steel pipe manufacturing.
* Previous managerial/supervisory experience in QC.
* **Strong experience in LSAW pipe manufacturing is highly preferred.**
* Strong knowledge and practical experience with **API 5L** requirements.
* **Previous experience with Saudi Aramco projects and quality requirements is highly preferred.**
* Strong knowledge of SAW welding, welding inspection, NDT, hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspection, and mechanical testing.
* Experience managing QC Inspectors, Welding Inspectors, NDT personnel, and other quality personnel.
* Experience handling **NCRs, RCA, Corrective Actions, ITPs, QCPs, audits, and TPI/customer inspections.**
* Good knowledge of **ISO 9001** requirements.
* Strong English communication and technical reporting skills.
**Preferred Certifications:**
* CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2
* AWS-CWI
* ASNT NDT Level II / Level III
* ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Candidates with direct experience in **LSAW Line Pipe Manufacturing, API 5L, and Saudi Aramco projects** will be given priority.
