1. SENIOR SPECIFICATION SPECIALIST
• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related structural/engineering discipline (mandatory).
- Professional certification or registration with an engineering authority (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers) is highly advantageous.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7 years of experience in specification management, architectural technical sales, or design/consulting roles in Saudi.
- Strong experience in architectural and sports venue projects (stadiums, arenas, indoor sports facilities, large-scale developments).
- Proven track record of successful product specification and approvals within GCC projects
- Strong understanding of building materials, architectural systems, structural requirements, and construction codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial and technical coordination skills with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Female candidate with the ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Saudi Arabia and the GCC region is preferred.
• CRITERIA: Should be available for immediate joining or 1 month notice period
- Should have early design stage experience
