Requirements:
Male, Filipino
Strong experience in specialty coffee preparation
Skilled in creating new drinks, seasonal beverages, and signature items
Knowledge of menu engineering and improving best‑selling products
Ability to maintain highest bar standards (cleanliness, speed, consistency)
Experience in handling bar operations and supporting team members
Can work under pressure with excellent customer service
