• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant chain operation , preferably in FMCG and QSR/food service operations
1- Conduct Market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and send recommendations for Supply Chain Manager / Director for final Approval.
2- Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers under the guidance of the supply Chain Manager/ Director.
3- Planning, creating, and processing timely POs.
4- Tracking Orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
5- Assist in analyzing suppliers’ proposals, and quotations for cost effectiveness and price comparison.
6- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve procurement process.
7- Assist in resolving issues and disputes with suppliers in collaboration with the supply chain manager/ Director.
8- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
9- Experience with ERP system, such as Oracle. Dynamics 365.
10 - Strong communication analytical and problem solving issue
11- Experience with KPI management, cost control and productivity improvement
