We are looking for a freelance agriculture helper to maintain and manage an indoor farm in Block no. 14 at Kuwait city.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Visit the indoor farm twice a week, approximately 1 hour per visit.
2. Check the condition of the plants and farm equipment during each visit.
3. Refill the water tank once a week as required.
4. Carry out seed germination according to the required production schedule.
5. After germination, transfer the seedlings to the growing/light area.
6. Monitor the seedlings during the initial growth stage.
7. Transfer the plants to the main farm/growing system when they are ready.
8. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the farm area.
9. Report any plant growth issues, equipment problems, or other abnormalities.
