The house must have:
- 3 rooms (2 rooms can be acceptable if they are spacious but must have a hall)
- 1 washroom
- 1 kitchen
- 1 hall
It should be located near Olaya, as my office is there, but I am open to nearby areas as well. The distance should not exceed 10 km from the King Fahad National Library.
I am willing to pay in 2 installments over 6 months, and my maximum budget is 18,000 per year.
