SAR 350/month, Furnished, Looking For A Bedspace In Jubail On Temporary Basis For 1-1.5 Months

I am looking for neat and clean bedspace with fully furnished like AC, fridge, washing machine, bed, kitchen with all utensils, electric iron etc.

Rent should be between 300-350 sar
Electricity and WiFi included in rent.

Indians preferred.

Also this (very important) : is the rent payment cycle monthly or 3 months advance?, if it's advance then please is the money refundable if I leave the bedspace for any reason without completing the full 3 months, like if i live 1 month and then leave will my 2 months money refunded? Because I came to jubail for job search, if i don't get a job within 1-1.5 months i will leave jubail
