• Managing and monitoring site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
• Supervising concrete, excavation, backfilling, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring timely completion according to project schedules.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
• Inspecting workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment, and overall quality of civil works.
• Ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Preparing daily site reports and monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
• Identifying technical/site issues and coordinating with the concerned team for proper solutions.
• Coordinating inspections and ensuring work is ready for consultant/client approval.
• Supervising subcontractors and workers to ensure proper execution of works.
• Coordinating civil activities with MEP and other disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
• Maintaining proper site documentation and following approved method statements and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with project HSE and safety requirements.
• Supporting project management in achieving quality, progress, and construction targets.
