**1. Contract Administrator**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years' experience in contract administration, FM, or maintenance
- Skilled in contract documentation, renewals, amendments & close-out
- Experience monitoring values, costs, invoices, payments & variations
- Ability to coordinate suppliers, subcontractors & project teams
- Strong MS Office, organizational & communication skills
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
**2. AI Engineer**
- 3+ years of practical AI engineering experience
- Skilled in developing and implementing AI & machine-learning solutions
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots & automation
- Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch & Scikit-learn
- Background in data preparation, model training, testing & improvement
- Experience with API integration, cloud deployment & Docker
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
