🎯 Monthly Target: 460 Delivered Orders
🎯 Target Achievement
If you complete 460 orders or more in a month: ✅ Full salary: SAR 6,000
✅ Additional SAR 10 bonus for each order above 460
📋 Important Conditions
1. Minimum 85% completion rate must be maintained.
2. Complete 27 valid working days per month.
3. Remain active for at least 10 hours per day.
4. Deliver orders on time and follow company policies.
5. Excessive cancellations/rejections may result in penalties.
6. Fraud, fake deliveries, or misuse of the system may result in bonus cancellation or salary withholding.
💵 If Target Requirements Are Not Met
Below 325 orders: SAR 7/order
326–369 orders: SAR 9/order
370–415 orders: SAR 10/order
416–459 orders: SAR 11/order
