We are looking for an experienced **Bolt Torquing / Controlled Bolting Technician** to provide practical training to our mechanical workforce.
**Training Requirements:**
* Bolt torquing fundamentals and principles
* Torque vs. bolt tension/preload
* Manual and/or hydraulic torque wrench operation
* Correct flange bolt tightening sequences
* Multi-pass tightening procedures
* Bolt, nut and flange identification
* Proper equipment setup and operation
* Practical flange assembly and torquing exercises
* Bolting safety and correct working practices
* Basic inspection and documentation of completed torquing work
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Proven industrial experience in controlled bolting / flange management
* Experience with hydraulic torque wrenches is preferred
* Previous experience training or supervising workers is an advantage
* Petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery or industrial construction experience preferred
* Must be able to provide practical, hands-on training rather than theory only
**Training Location:** Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
**Engagement:** Short-term / training assignment
