We are looking for an experienced **Cable Tray Installation Supervisor** to provide practical training to our workforce.
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience who can teach workers the correct methods of cable tray installation in an industrial environment.
**Training Requirements:**
* Cable tray types and components
* Reading basic cable tray layouts/drawings
* Measuring and setting out tray routes
* Tray support and bracket installation
* Horizontal and vertical tray installation
* Bends, tees, reducers and other fittings
* Cutting and joining cable tray
* Alignment, level and elevation
* Support spacing and installation practices
* Covers and accessories
* Earthing/bonding requirements where applicable
* Industrial cable tray installation practices
* Safety requirements
* Practical hands-on installation exercises
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Proven experience in industrial cable tray installation
* Oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery or industrial construction experience preferred
* Previous experience as a cable tray supervisor, foreman, technician or trainer is an advantage
* Must be capable of providing **hands-on practical training**
* Ability to assess workers' practical competency is preferred
