**Job Responsibilities:**
* Pack flowers according to company standards and customer requirements
* Arrange and prepare flowers for delivery
* Check flower quality and remove damaged items
* Label and organize packed orders properly
* Maintain cleanliness of the packing area
* Handle flowers carefully to avoid damage
* Assist with general packing and warehouse tasks when required
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in flower packing, packing helper, or warehouse work is an advantage
* Good attention to detail and careful handling skills
* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
* Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
