Site Supervisor - Civil

We at JESJAC Contracting are URGENTLY seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to oversee and manage Site Operations in Bahrain. The Role involves supervising Civil Works, ensuring quality Standards, Coordinating with teams & Suppliers and Maintaining a strong client relationship.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day civil works.
- Inspect materials and completed workmanship to verify they meet project specification and Standards.
- Direct site labor, Supervisors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
- Maintain good relationship with Clients, Consultants and Main Contractors.
- Identify on-site technical bottlenecks, Hindrances, Materials lacks, design clashes and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site Reports, including measurements, resource counts, and send them to Back-office staffs and Reporting Managers.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules across the work zone.
- Efficiency to Handle one or more sites at a me.
- Knowledge in Quantity takes off.
- Computer Knowledge; MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Bahrain Driving License must.
- Minimum Knowledge in Fit-out and MEP Qualification and Experience ; Diploma or BE in Civil
- Minimum 1-2 Years Site Supervisor Experience in Bahrain
- Salary Range : 250-350 BD
