Position: Business Development Executive (Male)
Location: OMAN
Qualification
* Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Marketing.
Requirements
* Valid or expired Oman driving licence is mandatory.
* Candidates with experience in Operations or Sales are encouraged to apply.
* Overseas recruitment industry experience is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of the GCC market.
* Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
* Ability to generate new business leads and pitch services to prospective clients.
* Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and developing business in the field.
* Capable of independently closing high-value recruitment and manpower deals.
* Presentable personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the GCC market.
* Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
