I am an experienced IT Support Engineer with 4 years of professional IT experience in Dubai, UAE and India. I am currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a transferable Iqama and available for immediate joining.
I have strong hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, infrastructure support, system troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and end-user technical support. I have worked in educational and enterprise environments, supporting users, computers, laptops, iPads, MacBooks, printers, network equipment, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, and other IT systems.
IT SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
Experienced in providing first- and second-level technical support to users and resolving hardware, software, network, connectivity, printer, email, operating system, and application-related issues.
Experienced with Windows, macOS and iOS environments, including desktop and laptop configuration, software installation, troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, and device deployment.
NETWORKING EXPERIENCE
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks, routing and switching, Cisco and Fortinet devices, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, network troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.
Experienced in monitoring network performance using PRTG, SolarWinds and Nagios and identifying connectivity, performance and availability issues.
FIREWALL & SECURITY
Experience with Fortinet firewall administration, firewall rules, web/content filtering, network access control, VPN, IPSec, SSL VPN and basic network security troubleshooting.
MICROSOFT & CLOUD
Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, email systems, Active Directory, user account administration, permissions, password resets, Microsoft Intune and basic Azure services.
Also experienced with Google Workspace and cloud-based user administration.
APPLE & ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT
Hands-on experience with Apple School Manager, iPad and MacBook deployment, MDM solutions such as Jamf and Intune, application management, device restrictions, compliance and endpoint support.
IT INFRASTRUCTURE & ASSET MANAGEMENT
Experience in IT asset management, device inventory, preventive maintenance, user access management, IT documentation, hardware deployment, system maintenance and vendor coordination.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Experience supporting VoIP and email systems, digital learning platforms, smart examination systems, database support, website maintenance, backups, basic disaster recovery and IT infrastructure projects.
