Security Engineer

We are seeking a specialized HCIS Security Stage 3 Commissioning & Site Handover Engineer to lead the site testing, operational verification, and final regulatory approval process for physical security systems across critical infrastructure projects. This role focuses strictly on the execution, commissioning, and HCIS compliance certification phase (Stage 3), ensuring that installed security infrastructure meets all relevant High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) SEC Directives and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site testing, pre-commissioning, and full commissioning of Integrated Security Systems, including VMS/CCTV, Physical Access Control (PACS), Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), and Command Center operations.
Prepare and execute Stage 3 documentation deliverables, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and operational handover packages.
Coordinate directly with HCIS-approved consultants, main contractors, and client representatives during official HCIS site inspections and final authority sign-offs.
Conduct troubleshooting, fault rectification, and system performance fine-tuning prior to official site authority walk-throughs.
Manage as-built documentation, technical query resolution, and handover dossiers to ensure smooth operational transition to the end client.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical field experience.
Minimum 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in Stage 3 commissioning and site handover of HCIS-regulated physical security projects in Saudi Arabia.
Strong technical expertise with enterprise systems (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, Pelco, Southwest Microwave PIDS).
Direct experience liaising with HCIS-approved consultants for final site compliance certification.
