A well-established company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced and competent Tool Pusher to join its drilling operations team.
Candidate Requirements
Nationality: Open
Strong knowledge of drilling rig operations and procedures.
Proven experience in supervising and coordinating drilling crews.
Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe work practices.
Ability to manage crew activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging field conditions.
Valid and transferable Iqama preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate drilling crew activities.
Ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
Monitor rig operations and ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.
Coordinate with the Driller, Rig Manager, and other site personnel.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of drilling equipment.
Conduct toolbox meetings and promote safe working practices.
Monitor crew performance and maintain discipline at the worksite.
Report operational issues and assist in resolving field problems.
