Key Responsibilities
Create and modify designs for banners, stickers, signboards, brochures, business cards, packaging, labels, and other marketing materials.
Prepare artwork according to required sizes, specifications, colors, and printing requirements.
Operate and monitor digital printing, large-format printing, and related printing machines.
Check artwork and files before printing to ensure proper resolution, dimensions, colors, and layout.
Perform basic machine setup, including media loading, ink checking, calibration, and maintenance.
Monitor the printing process and ensure high-quality output with accurate colors and finishing.
Troubleshoot basic printing and machine-related issues.
Coordinate with the production and design teams to complete orders on time.
Perform cutting, trimming, mounting, lamination, and other finishing work when required.
Maintain printing equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
Ensure all completed jobs meet the required quality, quantity, and delivery deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Graphic Designer and Printing Machine Operator.
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
Experience with digital and large-format printing machines.
Good understanding of CMYK, RGB, DPI, resolution, file formats, and print-ready artwork.
Knowledge of different printing materials and media.
Ability to identify and resolve basic printing and design issues.
Good attention to detail and color accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Experience in advertising, branding, signage, digital printing, and large-format printing will be an advantage.
