1. TECHNICIAN – FASTENERS
Specialized in fastener manufacturing processes, including threading of bolts and nuts.
Experienced in operating threading, chamfering, and cutting machines.
Skilled in handling and setting up machinery for accurate threading and cutting operations.
Able to inspect finished products and ensure compliance with required specifications and quality standards.
2. ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN / INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN
Production Line Sensors
Responsible for the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production instrumentation and electronic sensors used in industrial processes.
Experienced in working with field instruments such as Temperature Transmitters (TT), Pressure Transmitters (PT), Flow Transmitters (FL/FT), and Level Transmitters (LV/LT).
Ensures accurate sensor performance and supports production reliability.
Performs preventive maintenance and assists with process optimization.
Skilled in signal verification, loop checking, and fault diagnosis.
Able to interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings.
Maintains compliance with safety and operational standards.
