Visit and communicate with contractors, construction companies, interior designers, architects, consultants, and project managers.
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Promote our CNC laser/plasma cutting, bending, rolling, welding, stainless steel, aluminium, glass, and custom fabrication services.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
Follow up on quotations, leads, and ongoing projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify upcoming construction and interior projects in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the production and estimation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain proper records of customers, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, construction, fabrication, steel, aluminium, glass, or interior works is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to find customers independently and generate leads.
Must be target-oriented and confident in dealing with companies and decision-makers.
Good knowledge of Bahrain's construction and fabrication market is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage
