Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser, plasma, router, bending, and other CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines, load materials, select appropriate cutting parameters, and monitor production.
Read and understand CAD/CAM drawings and CNC files, including DXF/DWG files.
Check finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality.
Troubleshoot machine errors and production problems.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and mechanical problems.
Replace worn or damaged components when required.
Maintain cutting heads, nozzles, lenses, motors, sensors, rails, lubrication systems, and other machine components.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential problems before breakdowns occur.
Keep maintenance and repair records.
Work closely with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
Follow all company safety procedures and machine operating standards.
Requirements
Previous experience operating and maintaining CNC machines.
Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and troubleshooting.
Experience with fiber laser / plasma / CNC router / CNC bending machines is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and solve technical problems quickly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in metal fabrication is highly preferred.
