Architectural BIM Modeler

Expatriate Architectural BIM Modeler with 4+ years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia, currently based in Riyadh, with a transferable Iqama. Specialized in Autodesk Revit, Architectural BIM Modeling, Scan-to-BIM, Point Cloud to BIM, As-Built BIM Modeling, and LOD 300–500 documentation. Experienced in developing accurate architectural BIM models for high-rise residential, hospitality, office, and renovation projects, including modeling from 3D laser scan and point cloud data.

Strong experience in preparing detailed architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), elevations, sections, enlarged plans, staircases, lift cores, wet areas, wall sections, doors, windows, and other architectural components. Skilled in creating door, window, room finish, and architectural schedules directly from BIM models, as well as producing IFC drawings, construction documentation, and technical details.

Experienced in verifying BIM models against point cloud data and existing site conditions, incorporating consultant comments and revisions, maintaining BIM model accuracy, and performing QA/QC on BIM models and architectural drawings. Familiar with multidisciplinary coordination with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior Design teams, and experienced in working according to project BIM standards, LOD requirements, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and Saudi construction practices.

Currently seeking an Architectural BIM Modeler position in Riyadh or elsewhere in Saudi Arabia.
