Position: Steel Structure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer steel structures, including buildings, platforms, sheds, frames, and structural supports.
Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
Ensure designs comply with applicable Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project specifications.
Review structural drawings and coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP, and fabrication teams.
Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and connection design.
Inspect fabrication, erection, welding, bolting, and installation activities at site.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to steel structures and site execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
Proven experience in steel structure design, fabrication, and erection.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and steel design.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as STAAD .Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar.
Good knowledge of steel connections, welding, bolting, and fabrication methods.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Saudi/GCC project experience is preferred.
